- You submit a request — we contact you and schedule a convenient time for your appointment.
- During the consultation we discuss fabrics, design and details.
- Alexander prepares sketches and helps you choose the best solution.
- The price is calculated individually, depending on the complexity of the garment.
- After confirming your order, a 50% prepayment is required.
- For Home or Office visits, an additional fee applies for the master’s time and transfer.
- Production time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.
- The number of fittings depends on the complexity of the piece from 1 to 4 times.
- You can choose whether the fitting takes place in our Atelier or at your location.
- Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you to confirm pickup.
- You can collect your piece at our Atelier or request delivery to your address.
