We are committed to ensuring that every purchase meets the quality and brings you complete satisfaction.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased at full price.
- ALEXANDER PAVLOV does not cover any costs related to the return shipment.
- Items made to measure, purchased with a gift card, or bought on sale cannot be returned.
- Please note that ALEXANDER PAVLOV is not responsible for parcels that are not received or are damaged during transportation.
- Inspection and approval of returned items may take 1–3 business days after receipt.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
- For items purchased in our boutique, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the purchase, valid for 6 months.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
- We guarantee a 100% refund.
- To return an item, please log in to your account on our website and complete the online return form.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The item must be:
- In the same condition as received;
- In the original packaging;
- With all ALEXANDER PAVLOV tags and labels attached;
- With included accessories and protective elements;
- FREE FROM: any signs of wear, washing, ironing or fragrance.
RETURN METHODS
Please keep the shipping receipt until you receive a confirmation email confirming the return and refund.
- Dropping it off at a post office.
- Handing it over to a courier.
- Delivering it personally to the ALEXANDER PAVLOV store:

REFUNDS
- Refunds are made only for the product price.
- Refunds are issued to the same account used for the original payment.
- Funds will be returned within 14 days of receiving and confirming the returned item.
- Refunds exclude customs duties, taxes, delivery and handling costs.
